Get the restart mug.Similar to a Trumptard, which is a portmanteau of Trump and Retard, but in this instance it refers to morons who downvote comments (ie Red hand) on online forums etc not because they disapprove of the comment but because they disapprove of the Poster. This is usually because the poster has shown them up to be a Retard in previous exchanges, and they are too stupid to argue their case. Hence Red + Retard = Redtard. Incidentally the majority of Trumptards are also Redtards and vice versa.
