Poophole

Similar to a loophole in a signed agreement, except the legal binding fixates on the defense, who is the recipient of the injunction that requires the alleged offender to bottom for the prosecution. If the motion is carried, the defense is legally obligated to provide analingus to the prosecution with the alternative being legal and financial penalization. Similar to a plea deal or a settlement, a poophole is designed with the intention of reducing the legal and/or financial burden imposed on the defense in the event of a victory for the prosecution. The poophole itself is a mysterious and mostly unknown legal strategy that can be employed against the defense if they're cute and promiscuous enough.

Joseph: So, how did your court case go down?
Uriel: Ah, it went better than I expected. I thought they'd try to incarcerate me but instead, I got let off with a Poophole clause.

The Pothole 500

The 2010 version of The Daytona 500 that was delayed for over two hours because of a pavemet failure on the track that occured mid-race. The race was eventually resumed after everybody lost interest from watching a road repair crew work on patching a hole on the sport's biggest day.
