A peeper whilst in the act of looking at his victim.

Pronounced: Pee-pers-lou-ken slang for Peepers looking.
Uffdah! I just got out of the shower and I seen this fucking freaks peeperslouken at me.
This word was first used in 2001 after this guy went to jail and his girlfriend caught that guy's best friend (a red haired, blue eyed, fatty, thief) spying in on her while she was in the shower.
