falling on needles

Getting a lot of not so high quality plastic surgery. Falling on needles is a phrase used when something usually a femal (or drag queen) has had a lot of cosmetic surgery and will "fall on any needle" that presents itself. A lot of times this is "black market" plastic surgery that isn't 100% FDA approved.

1. "Look at Detox, why are her lips so fucked up?"

"She's always falling on needles, she's had a shit ton of back all plastic surgery."
