Narcotocracy

derived from the greek word-narkotic (en. narcotic) definition- illegal or illicit substances used for recreation or homicide. and greek word - kratos meaning power or ruling. Narcotocracy is intended to be used as a word to more accurately describe a 'drug' empire, or an illegal drug based monarchy or government. So, its both, as an active illegal drug monarchy it is an operating government who depends on the illegal drug trade for survival as well as conquest, making it an efficient front line of terrorist warriors dressed from head to toe in cocaine money.
