When you take the skull of a buffalo or elk, cover yourself in their blood, go into the forest and goon.

Me and Dave are going up to the Navajo reserve to go Moongooning tonight.

MoonGooning

When you slit the throat of a wild buffalo and rub it onto your body, followed by taking Peyote with the natives. If MoonGooning is achieved correctly, the user should be able to picture the cameltoe of a grandma for the foreseeable future.
