A disease that only affects one in every 7 billion people but is known to cause severe hunger, dense fat tissue and obesity. Anyone with this syndrome should be shot of round in a Mcdonalds or any similar fast food restaurant.

Mr Briggs was shot in Mcdonalds after someone found out he had Lewis syndrome.
