1. It's a monster from japanese folklore(窮奇 or 鎌鼬), "Kama" means "sickle", "Itachi" means "weasel". This monster would be associated with cuts that people suffer when they are struck by a cold blow of air.

2. A Brazilian singer called Rafa Kamaitachi, known mainly for his Murder Songs like: "Noiva Cadáver" and "Homem Torto"
