a woman who, once in a while in the animal kingdom of human females, supercedes the cougar. the jaguar status is attained when plastic surgery begins to be had to "correct" previous procedures. face lifts and botox have become so frequent that the jaguar often looks asian. unlike the cougar, who the mid 20's-30's male can see as possibly acceptable after a dozen beers, the jaguar only gets worse in the eyes of the viewer, and eventually ends up as almost a cartoon character of themselves.
Melissa Rivers is a cougar Joan Rivers is a jaguar.

A woman who is middle-aged but well-maintained and very physically attractive, especially to younger males, whom she often preys upon sexually. This is similar to a cougar, with the only difference being that the woman is from South America.
Dude, did you check out that new biochemistry professor? She's got an amazing Venezuelan accent. A jaguar for sure if I ever saw one!
