When the students of howard county refer to their B or eve low A as a failing grade. When a student of hoco says they received a failing grade, assume they mean a B unless they say specifically that they "legit failed".

Hoco latte

An African American who has undergone the unfortunate misfortune of either being born or ending up in Howard County for some reason. Here they will have to face an overwhelming population of wiggers on an everyday basis, rarely seeing another of their own kind.
