Corrupt cops, fire fighters, EMS, federal agents, DHS, CIA goons and many more gang up to harass and torment targeted individuals.
They use no-touch torture tactics which target the victims visual and auditory senses, such as siren noise harassment or overtly stalking the victim based on their patterns, routes of transport, etc.
Perpetrators are using psychological terror tactics on targeted people. This includes -- noise harassment (sirens, fireworks, cars, abnormal sounds), overt stalking, spreading false rumors, computer hacking, invading privacy, etc.
