Frugile is a growth methodology for early-stage growth startups. Derived from the words Frugal and Agile. Frugal + Agile = Frugile.
While Frugal emphasises extracting more 'value' from minimum resources, Agile emphasises extracting value early on in the iteration cycle. Together they ensure sustainable growth for early-stage startups in the growth phase.
