Major bones include: Talus(ankle), Calcenous(heel bone)Tarsal, Cuneiforms, Metatarsals(instep bones) and Phalanges(toe bones).Contains ligaments, muscle tendons,nerves. *(Sole is made mostly of hardened fat to prevent shock when walking,running,jogging etc....).
