One who frequently smokes marijuana at the expense of others: i.e. when it's time to smoke, they're right there. When it's time to buy marijuana, they're nowhere to be found. Often found asking "Where's the bud at?", "Can I get a hit?", and "Is it cashed?"

Chiraq

A term for certain Chicago neighborhoods which are particularly violent. The term comes from a combination of the city Chicago and the country Iraq. Could also be used in the place of the word shit when describing someone or something as bad.

Example 1
Man 1: yo let's go get that dude he fucked my girl
Man 2:nahh chill B he comes from chiraq. He'll put you and your whole family down.
Man1:oh shit he can have that hoe...

Dude1:yo man we gotta play Springfields ball team this Friday
