Someone special that just can’t get right in life but yet seems to have everything going for them and are able to get along with everyone and talk to anyone else they come across. They are popular but humble most of the time and people want to be friends with them and have them around often.

That’s bouge wah I just saw driving down Main Street crossing over 5th avenue and I know it had to be him because of the way he was sitting up but relaxing and looking pimp.
