A boy queen… as opposed to a femmequeen (trans woman) in ballroom terms.

Butchqueen = boy queen, Femmequeen= girl queen

By ballroom’s definition, which is where the word comes from… it does not matter if said Butchqueen is femme or masc in mannerisms or style. It only matters if he is gay and lives as a boy/man.
