A slang term used for a dumb asshole who did something really stupid. Usually associated with a hand signal where the hand is straight facing up, then points down. This hand signal is done facing the person.

Person 1: *Doesn't get how the water comes out of the bottle*
Person 2: Boi! You just sqeeze it! It's just like your dick!
