Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, the most over diagnosed and at the same time unrecognized disorder of 'em all. Most kids who are diagnosed with it, don't have it they just don't have parents that parent them. So they get prescriptions when they feel like focusing, but then the kids who really do have it have to pop pills every morning to normal out and when they forget too and try and apologize, people don't take them seriously cause of all the fake kids with it.

Chat ADHD

A form of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder that only pertains to online chatting. Very frustrating for the person on the other end who is waiting for your reply while you are playing with your cat, answering the door, or just plain spacing off. Seriously, if I stop what I am doing and walk over to chat with you had best pay attention. &*%$!!!

You have Chat ADHD if you leave people hanging waiting for a reply after you initiated the session.

ADHD

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.. Over diagnosed Learning disability. For those that really are ADHD it sucks. The people that are "normal" take adderall,ritalin etc to study for tests while we have to take it every fucking day just so we can sit through class without getting distracted by the lamest things.

Person without ADHD:
"I took an adderall/ritalin/concerta/strattera to study for my test thats today..I could possibly kill myself using this but who cares at least I get a good grade"
Person with ADHD:
"Get a fucking life.... I have to take it everyday so I can be normal"

Value Added Tax

A tax added to an item to raise government revenue from every stage of production, cradle to grave. Referred to as a VAT tax. It was an idea proposed in 1918 and implemented in France in 1954.

The Govt wants to add a Value Added Tax, or VAT because they keep spending money and can't manage their money, as sales tax, income tax, and death taxes aren't enough. They need to keep raising money to support the middle and low income folk who in turn can't manage their money, so they will keep taking from them to help support them. An alternate solution is to prevent fraud in govt social programs and let people spend their own money.
