Larry's Law

All internet discussions regarding video cards or GPUs, given enough time, will decay into a discussion regarding digital currency mining.

Term comes from the user VirtualLarry at the Anandtech GPU forums, and ardent defender of mining digital currency using GPUs. GPU topics involving VirtualLarry would all invariably invite or devolve into discussions about digital currency mining.
"I know this topic is about the performance of the 6600XT, but I have to say that given the cards are out of stock due to miners buying them all up..."

"Ah man, this topic got Larry's Lawed!"

Steven's Law

When a piece of media (most often a show) is objectively badly written, it will garner fans anyway due to mental health awareness and/or LGBTQ representation. Some examples include 13 Reasons Why, Glee Club, and the namesake of this law, Steven Universe. It may also very well be the case that the media has some redeeming qualities, such as good character moments, or good visual composition, however these qualities are a vast minority compared to the objectively bad narratives within the show.
Person A: "I like insert media because it has gays in it!"

Person B: "Is it really good, or are you following Steven's Law?"

Juanita's Law

Juanita's Law was first codified in mid-2022, somewhere in Texas.
A triceratops wall adornment was involved.
In a nutshell, Juanita's Law states that - even in the notoriously 'sniffy' world of interior design - one aphorism is indefatigable, across all borders:

Dinosaurs are the fucking tits.
Juanita's Law in action:

At first, Steph was worried as to how the triceratops sculpture might be received. Then she remembered the first law of Juanita and felt much becalmed.
