Simply put, the law is as follows: "You never know." It is derived from the Mario Party item, the Skeleton Key, colloquially shortened to Tonkey.

Monica: "You're gonna wear protection right sweety? I don't want to use another morning after pill!"
Kirk: "Eh. Tonkey's Law."

Murphy's Law of Gasoline Prices

"You can sit around at home till Doomsday and the prices at the pumps will stay fairly low, incessantly tempting you to travel. But the moment you decide to take off somewhere and head out on your trip, the price for a gallon of gas will go right through the roof!"

Gas-prices seemed fairly "stable" all summer, and so I delayed a road-trip for a while to "save up" or "accumulate" a number of errands so that hopefully my trip would be more cost-effective with regards to gas-consumption, but then when I stopped to fill up my tank in the morning when I was first heading out, the price had suddenly jumped over a quarter higher per gallon! Sounds like a classic case of "Murphy's Law of Gasoline Prices" to me!

Law of Talos

a OC tournament created by sin-of-angels on deviantart. All the fans are either the most annoying people ever or crazy theorists (also annoying). The 90% of the fans only know the characters from the Flash animation made by unknown-person and think Law of talos, EndZone and Castle of Nations are all the same and their profile usually includes "OMG karl is my wife so hot climber is my baby karllik is the best yaoi ever *inserts wrong lore and mischaracterization about Castle of Nations & the other OC's*" bonus if they are obssesed with Chimbley or are a proshipper.

Everything besides the fandom is good though.
