A Pre-ten is a female/male who is rated a 10 before any makeup or image altering. A "Natural 10". Opposite that of a "Pretend" also considered a "Posten" one who in which gains a 10 status only after makeup.

Seen shorty the other day without any makeup on... the girl is definitely a preten. So fine even all natural.
