Dodging the coat hanger is an insult that can be thrown to people who are insanely irritating. It is an inside reference to a baby fighting off a mother trying a home abortion kit.
Griff, your so retared. Were you dodging the coat hanger for the first eight months of your existence?

Person 1: Did you hear about Matt? He totally pulled a Dodge Double Fist, then someone stole one of the sandwiches from him while he was passed out!
Person 2: That's alright, he doesn't need two sandwiches, he could stand to lose some weight.

When you walk into a person and try to dodge the person but the person dodges in that way,you do it again and therefore begins a body-leaning war. It often lasts for ~1.5 seconds.
"Yesterday,I did a dodge-o-rama with a random hot girl on a street. That was awkward."
"You won't believe what happen! I did a 6-second lasting dodge-o-rama,like it felt an eternity xd."

Referred to by Bart in the episode where the Simpsons went to Italy. A Dodge Scare-a-van is an old/misshapen car that someone treats like it is amazing.
*Mr. Burn's scrubbing down an Oldsmobile*
Bart: Hey, Mr. Burns! Where'd you get that new Dodge Scare-a-van?

Discovering only pee when changing a diaper, several times in a row. Presumably the other parent (or babysitter/grandparent/whoever) was not so lucky.
I've been dodging the brown bullet for a week now. Baby and I have worked out the perfect arrangement.
