Another dose of a drug consumed later after the first dose, but before the effects of the first wear off. Hence, boosting the effects of the drug back up to a high. Normally it is a lower dose, because not as much is required to bring the high back.

When you bring a dec girl to a club with you as a friend. You start the night by dancing with her to build up some swag. You then are in full creep mood from there. But when things get rocky you go back to her and dance with her again to build up the swag.
