1. A derogatory term for whites, that allows those who use it, to subconsciously or subtly express their disdain for black people and black culture, without being ostracized in a politically correct society.

2. A modern day euphemism for the word "Nigger Lover"

Winger

Winger were a very talented late 80's and early 90's Glam Metal band from New York, named after lead singer Kip Winger. They made it big with their 1988 self-titled album, and "In the Heart of the Young" in 1990.

However 3 negative things happened that made them lose popularity in the 90's.
1. Grunge taking over the music industry.
2. Conflicts with the band Metallica and their immature attitudes towards Winger.

3. Criticism on the show "Beavis and Butthead". The geeky kid Stewart can be seen wearing Winger shirts, and thus the band was dubbed as uncool.

Rob: I used to like Metallica, but then I discoved Winger and they have some really unique stuff.

Dan: Yeah I have a couple of that bands albums. Screw Metallica. Winger is 100 times better.

A not very street white middle/upper class clot believing themselves to be stereotypically afro-caribbean. This includes wearing beanie hats, using hip hop slang, talking in an American drawl despite the stuffy Eton accent being more obvious, having a goatee, doing hip-hop hand signals and an perceived encyclopeadic knowledge of black street sounds. Breakdances and disavowes knowledge of past as a law student. Smokes much weed.

Quentin was seen to spin the wheels of steel with disregard to his reputation as a wigger.

a white person that is trying to be a black one. There are two types, one of which is a suburban wigger who listens to rap and thinks he or she is black. They will blast rap out of their dirty 1998 honda civics thinking they are cool. The other is a white person who is actually from the hood.
