any white dude who adopts the characteristics of the hip hop culture, i.e. throwback jerseys, fitted hats, lined up goatees/beards/crew cut, ebonics, air force ones, huge white t-shirts, limp walk. listens exclusively to hip hop, but used to listen to limp bizkit and other rock music in '99. puts 20" rims on whatever "whip" they drive, whether it be a civic or a van. plays basketball regardless of talent. pretends to be a product of the ghetto, but was actually brought up in affluent white suburbs.

eminem, the professor of AND1, jason "white chocolate" williams, brian austin green and pretty much any white rapper.

A white boy from the suburbs who attempts to act black. They should actually be more feared than actual inner city youth, because they will try to prove that they are not from the suburbs, and try (especially in the company of blacks, or especially in the Caucasian posses) to show that they are indeed hard, and will go to extremes to prove this.

John and Patrick were walking to the grocery store in sunny, suburban New Jersey when they saw a group of wiggers. The wiggers saw an African American thug from Newark, and tried to impress him, attacking and flailing on John, even though John was a bodybuilder and repressed them entirely.

Once some guy was at a park and gave a kid a hanging wedgie then he walked away we called him a wedger.
