The third phase he turns into a chick, he is circulated by eggs that are hard to dodge, he will also shoot bullets that you can parry sometimes. The fourth phase he is in his deathbed. the medics will spit pills that follow you around. Wallys Head will turn into a trash can and spit out trash, He will sometimes spit a heart that shoots bullets at you, Use your bomb weapon for that phase
