Coffee Rent

The coffee or low-priced item you buy at a cafe in order to validate spending a long time in the cafe.

Commonly applied in situations where the cafe has a comfortable spot to read or do homework, or offers free wifi.

Considered an excellent means of preventing dirty looks from baristas and managers.

"Let's go study at the cafe down the street."
"No thanks, I can't afford the coffee rent"

The lowest form of life on earth. Many of them failed psychological tests at the police academy and are pissed off they couldn't be real cops. They spend their time harassing people who have broken ankles for leaning on things while waiting in line and screaming at and running off paying customers who are just minding their own business. They also all drive shitty, broken-down cars and get no pussy because they get paid like 10 dollars an hour.

God created rent-a-cops so people who make a living bottoming in anal scat porn would have someone to look down on.

Rent bear, the smaller, weaker member of the bear community. Easily corralled, and often sexually abused by the larger more masculine bears.

The term can also be used to depict human detritus, for example, "That Matt Jones, he's a right rent bear." - this example is even more poignant, as the subject in question looks like a shit bear.
