1. Of someone who talks excessively to the point where it sounds like a different language.
2. The tendency of heavily narrative-driven JRPGs to subject players to excessively long, meandering stretches of dialogue, exposition, monologues, flashbacks, or backstories that advance the plot minimally (or not at all).
