For some it can be a form of Bigender but not for everyone. In this instance it defines a singular gender identity and gender type of it's own. X represents a "mix" mixer-male because it's a blend of male and female in gender type for a trans variant person. Kind of like people born physically intersex but this comes from within a trans person. We're not women or men or part woman and part man, we are simply Xermale. It is a not binary gender type but we don't necessarily go by the crude terminology of non-binary, it's more trans variant transgender than simply non-binary.
