The action of smoke a Backwood cigar. Typically when the phrase is used it is implied that the individual is not smoking the tobacco in the cigar, instead they fill it with their marijuana.
Him - Yo lets get a pack of woods and spark.
Her - Since when do you smoke Backwoods?
Him - I smoke a wood a day with the loud pack from Pablo from down the block.

Old folks from the country, generally in the south, use to say on nights where there was mist/fog over a swamp, pond, river or lake that the devil was raising hell under water. The saying "there is going to be smoke on the water tonight" came from that and means something is about to go down or someone is getting ready to raise hell. The saying predates the rock song by deep purples but I doubt they intended that meaning in their song. I believe their song is about a fire at a hotel.

A white woman with the insatiable hunger for the black rod. Even though they will be paying for the meals, and the nights out at 'da club', and taking her share of beatings, the smoke jumper will continue to date black guys, especially after she has a half breed baby, considering no white man would want her ruined gash after she has a black guy in her.
"Dude, that chick's a smoke jumper, and her boyfriend's in jail. I'll bet her father's really proud."

One of the Grove Street Families in GTA: San Andreas. Quite a funny character but as the game progresses you discover that him and another fellow GSF gangster, Ryder are selling and shipping drugs with the enemy gang.
