Gusher

When a female is on her period and not wearing a tampon, but a sanitary napkin... She then feels like she involuntarily peed herself a little bit, but it's really just a big blood clot that escaped her body.

Similar to the effect of when you bite the tip off of a gusher gummy and then squeeze the candy center out. Although it's blood... And the hole is the girl's vagina.
