Specifically applied to paparazzi that target digerati celebrities or just Internet-famous people. This can include any behavior from as mild as frequent pic retweeting, to full blown stalker with constant social media updates about the target. May include hacking remote imaging, storage, and video devices specifically to glean and repost private images of the digerati target.
