Bethesda's Fallout series makes use of toilet sipping in the form of in-game health regeneration with the option to drink from toilets, urinals, sewage tunnels, etc. However, you will not gain extra health or energy by toilet sipping in reality, in fact you will lose health and energy at an alarming rate and likely die in a week.

Get the Toilet Sippingmug. While stoned and mouth dry, you go for some liquid but there is very little remaining in the bottle and you know you will need it again. You take the smallest sip possible only to wet your throat while retaining enough liquid for many more stoner sips.
