a really toxic girl. all she does is talk bad about almost everyone. yeah she seems really sweet and nice but once you get to know her she is the worst person you could ever friends with. if you have a friend named kelsey then you need to get better friends. kelsey is the worst friend ever. she's popular but not in the good way. if you know a kelsey, stay away at all costs. it's better if you aren't friends with her.
