The phrase is usually said loudly in an accent, the first word "cut" being said abruptly and stretched out and, with a pause for dramatic effect and "from here" being said with the remaining breath of the individual. Direct eye contact is maintained with shaking of the head, signaling "no" or a warning/disapproval, with possibly a pointed hand directing the person to leave.
