Someone who waits in a parking lot for a car to pull out of a parking place.

Harry spotted a woman walking towards a car in the parking lot and instantly morphed into a Vulture. He partially blocked the aisle and put his ticker on to indicate that he had claimed that parking space, waited patiently the car to back out and then zoomed into the parking space as soon as it became available.

A male who lurks, circles, pretends to be friends with, likes every girl's photo on Facebook, Instagram stalks every female, comments on every girl's photo on Facebook, waiting for that one moment of stupidity or weakness, in hopes of getting a naked pic/date/fuck from your or any girl. Has no regard for the personal space of females. Has no respect for boyfriends or relationships.

Mike the vulture liked every one of her photos and constantly text her in hopes someday she'd be dumb enough to give him some.
