1. after receiving a text, intentionally waiting a certain period of time to text back to make it seem like one is either too busy, not interested, or just not over-eager.

2. when on tour, driving a few extra hours in the van on the way to the show in order to avoid the sunrise shift on the upcoming overnight drive.

An overdose of viagra. Enough that your penis bulges at almost twice its normal size and almost bursts. It is called 'red-shift', as all the blood shifts into that dick. A play on the physicist term, which is the changing frequency of light.

Noun: The object at the end of a shift lever in a manual transmission car, usually made from vinyl, leather, or metal, depending on either the manufacturer's or owner's taste.
That shift knob is pure bling.

(Verb) The act of dealing drugs but using a large, old-fashion scale to trick your buyer out of the correct amount of drugs they intend to buy. Thus saving product and increasing profit.

*Not to be confused with the Harvard Trip

A major change. (Seismology is the study of earthquakes.) The implication is that the change being described is so significant that the earth will move under your feet. Like paradigm shift, this phrase has become overused marketing hype.
