A woman or man who is all over the place. They can be semi crazy or insane. They are all over the place when they talk or do things.

"I met this girl last night, but she was a Yard Sale. Talking about how she doesn't like bubble gum to how her mom sews kitten sweaters."

"She was so crazy her thoughts were everywhere like a damn Yard Sale."

A term to describe a person or place that doesn't have their sh*t together, overall drama and too much to deal with. Or someone that has second hand ideas thinking they are original.

"Man i just got back from hanging out at Brenda's house...wow, sh*t was a YARD SALE! Looked like she hadn't cleaned the place in over a year!"

yard ape

A small child, roughly between the ages of 2 and 8 years, who hangs out in a back yard, usually white, usually male and usually suburban.

This was the definition used extinsively in magazine advertisements and television shows, especially comedy, during the 1980's and 90's
