It is an insult. You call somebody this and they will ask what it means and assume it's an insult. Nobody knows what it actually means. They just know it's an insult. And it's even funnier when they get mad and continue asking what it is. Call them a herb, It's an insult. It's the most confusing name to insult somebody ever invented.
