Another way of saying "slept on", or the person doesn't understand the significance/what makes it special or appreciate something or someone

The under realm is the realm located between the mid realm and hell.
Both the comic I eat pasta for breakfast (chibi works) and Acanate series (may Valateri) use this term it is still unsure if both take place in the same universe.

Inhabitants: Zalgo Demons Monsters.

Terrain: Harsh deserts wastelands and Tundras.

Zalgo is the king of the underrealm in Acanate.

Zalgo was banished to the under realm are you sure you want to go there?

You should never go to the under realm it has horrible conditions.
