Tilted tugging

A group of nude men, usually around 5, lean against a wall while upside-down on their heads and masturbating. Each man attempts to ejaculate into a water bottle or cup placed in front of the group. The first individual to ejaculate into the bottle or cup “scores” and is rewarded by getting to anally rape any other man in the group of their choosing.

John: “Me and the boys are going to go tilted tugging after school today. Wanna join us?”
