B Spike is a game. It consists of one person calling the game and the start, "B Spike! Starting now". Anyone else who is playing cannot say a word starting with the letter B unless they immediately follow it up by saying Spike.
First: "Let's break it down" "Spike!"
If the person who said the "b word" fails to say spike, they are defaulted and anyone can punch their arm until they realize what they said, say spike and give in.

First: "This is bulls**t!"
Second: punch punch punch, etc, you get the idea until they surrender and lose b spike.
First: "ok, alright! Spike!"

Literally, "Holy Sword", or the swordsmanship arts of those considered Holy Knights. Most applicable to the Final Fantasy Series, name Final Fantasy IX and Final Fantasy Tactics.

In Final Fantasy IX, one of Beatrix's action commands was Seiken, which contained many of her badass sword techniques.
