1) Shut The Fuck Up
2) Step The Fuck Up

While often misused, STFU is to be addressed to someone that is complaining. That is, it is to be used as a means of polite suggestion to stop complaining or do something about it.

Example:

Bob - "the patriarchy grinds my gears."
Alice - "STFU Bob, know your place."
