Someone who spends most of their time on Level Palace and away from reality. Level Palacers are typically believed to be out of touch 13-14 year olds who only engage in Nintendo or Mario-related discussions but this is not always the case.

Getting so intoxicated that your face begins to sag and you lose all inhibition which may lead to treats, vulgar language, and attempting to but the bar in order to fire the bartender or waitress that has cut you off.
