A play on words from the saying Brass Tacks, but carries like meaning . The implication being Brass, as in Knuckles and Tax, being violence or threat of violence and paying what's due or else. Similar To "F#@% around and Find out" But with a stronger, physical and visual implication.
Good to see that you're making good to correct you mistakes and pay what you owe, otherwise you would have had to pay the Brass Tax to make it right.
