A Nuggernaut is a person that continually smokes Marijuana like a Juggernaut. The word can be used to vilify someone who only comes over to smoke

Ex 1: I smoke weed like a Nuggernaut.

Ex 2: I'm telling you dude, she's a Nuggernaut, she's not actually into you.
