Noam Chomsky went totally brain deaf at yesterday's lecture; he moral signaled the entire time and sounded like he didn't have a clue at all about the topics that were meant to be discussed fruitfully.

Bando brain

When one's self has stop striving for anything outside of being homeless; Someone that has claimed a place or property their own but doesn't; the state of mind one often has after homelessness as they hoard, steal, and lie for no reason.

The amount of food he hid in his closet only points to him having bando brain.
