Noun (place)- typically a party with dudes and dudettes that involve a lot of Dr Pepper, hooking up, dancing, beer pong and other activities (all while wearing a toga made from your bed sheets and Sandles that your mom or dad bought at god damn Kmart between the years 1979-1993

Group of Dudes: hey ladies! You wanna have a Toga Party and get fuckin lit tonight?!

Group of Girls: Hell yeah

Group of girls: we don’t know how to make one? Would you help us?!
