citizen maintenance

Having to fill out forms, make phone calls, go to offices, etc. for utilities, bills, services, etc.

I spent all morning at the DMV and then had to come home and try to get a hold of someone at the cable company to figure out why my service was shut off. I hate citizen maintenance!

Auburn Maine

A lower-middle class town in Western Maine along the radioactive Androscoggin river which creates the border with Lewiston. Most of the schools are particularly shitty in Auburn, but not as bad as Lewiston. Auburn has a city part and a country part, with the latter being a much better place to call home. The "city" part is full of 1930's wooden apartment buildings with crack heads as tenants. The country part is the home of many doctors, teachers, and other reputable, friendly people.
