In italian, "Modificato" or "Editato" is a term that describes a person who "smells that zaza", smokes cannabis-related joints, or behaves like he used weed.
The term can also be used when you're describing a real looking cigarette, but with cannabis on the inside.

"Lo vedo un po' modificato / editato".
"Stai un po' modificato / editato?"
